Content strategist bertanggung jawab dalam mengatur strategi yang tepat untuk konten-konten yang akan dibagikan, membuat rencana untuk sebuah campaign agar mencapai KPI (Key Performance Indicator), merancang strategi promosi melalui berbagai channel digital media. Seorang content strategist harus mampu menganalisis traffic social media dengan memiliki kemampuan SEO (Search Engine Optimization).

Content Marketing

Content marketing adalah tentang membuat dan mendistribusikan konten yang berharga, informatif, dan relevan kepada audiens yang ditentukan dengan jelas. Membuat berbagai bentuk konten seperti blog, webinar, kursus email, desain, video dll. Content marketing harus memahami untuk siapa mereka membuat konten dan jenis pesan yang paling diterima audiens di channel digital.
Membuat dan mengelola kalender editorial.

Social Media Marketing

Social Media Marketingl bertanggung jawab untuk membangun audiens dan komunitas sosial . Mengelola platform sosial media seperti Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, dan Instagram. Membuat konten media sosial dan mengelola pertumbuhan dan keterlibatan akun. Harus memahami angka, bekerja dengan alat analisis data untuk memahami audiens dan pengukuran aktivitas sosial secara real-time. Bekerja dengan tim konten dan desain (atau melakukan pekerjaan itu sendiri) untuk membuat konten khusus sosial yang akan berhasil di setiap saluran sosial media.

Copywriter

Menulis tulisan website, email, iklan, Menulis konten seperti ebook dan posting blog. Menyusun strategi apa yang perlu ditulis, terutama jika mereka berpengalaman. Membuat dan mengelola kalender editorial. Menulis konten mulai dari teks iklan hingga penulisan artikel blog. kreatif untuk mengkomunikasikan ide atau konsep.
